Getting Things Done with Your Mac

Writing for O’Reilly MacDevCenter.com, Giles Turnbull examines a number of ways to use your Mac to help organize your life.

David Allen’s Getting Things Done system figures heavily into the discussion, and for that reason alone I highly recommend taking a look at the article. He’s also pieced together a nice collection of resources, some of which are familiar (like LlamaGraphics’ Life Balance) and some of which are new.

In this latter category is a fascinating web site named 43 Folders (there’s an RSS feed available). The name is of course a reference to the number of folders in a tickler file, one of David Allen’s favorite tools, and you’ll find frequent references to GTD here.
