Mercedes and Regan went one way today, and the rest of us went another.

\nOn Friday we took a trip to Crystal Falls. After breakfast and visiting for a while we left Mercedes and Regan with Auntie Jaimie and Faith. They did all sorts of things, including a walk to the park to play outside for a while and ICE CREAM. They were thrilled that they got to spend the day there and sleep overnight, and we were glad for a little break and some one-on-one time with Shaelin. The older girls came back Saturday morning; more on that tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Friday evening we went out with some of Lolly’s family to celebrate her birthday (Michelle’s mom). Her sister Joellyn is visiting from Colorado, where she moved a few years back, and it was a good excuse to get together with her brother Benny, his family, and close family friends Tony and Rae. We all got stuffed and then went to Tony and Rae’s house and got stuffed some more. A good time was had by all. It’s too bad we couldn’t sit and listen to the upstairs A\/V system some more, even without the subwoofer. It was obviously balanced better than my system. Of course, that costs money. Maybe I can get my hands on some software to do that; I’ll have to check around.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
